FAQ

How do I order?

Our eyewear company is built on sourcing the right prescription eyewear that you love. Since our collections are completely online, let us know what type of frame and prescription lenses you are in need for, and our team will help source the right pair for you. We are partnered with most top eyewear suppliers, all we would need is a frame code and let us prepare our best quote and provide our recommendations from our optical team to fulfil your prescription requirements.

What do I need to complete my order for prescription glasses

To place an order for prescription glasses, we need two things

  • a valid and recent copy of your prescription from your optometrist
  • your pupillary distance (PD) which is the measurement between your eyes

Both pieces of information are necessary to ensure we prepare accurate lenses specifically for your vision needs. If you do not have a prescription of PD measurement, we can refer you to an optometrist to get the necessary information.

Can I order frames without a prescription?

Absolutely. You can purchase any frame in our portfolio with lenses that have no prescription. Our polycarbonate lens with an anti-glare, scratch resistant coating comes standard with a frame purchase. In addition, you can upgrade your order to add blue-light filtering to a non-prescription lens.

Can I use my own frame and purchase just lenses?

Yes you can! We would need a clear photo of your frame for us to review to ensure your current frame is in good condition for lenses replacement. Next, mail in your frame from our contact section and we will contact you once we received your frame. Please be advised we are extremely careful but unforeseen accidents may occur during lens installation, therefor we will not be responsible for replacing any frame if not purchased from us. Please contact us for lenses quote once we receive your optometrist prescription.

Can I order multiple pairs of glasses with different prescriptions?

If you are purchasing multiple frames with different prescriptions (eg. for you and your partner), please place two separate orders to help us ensure we get the orders and prescriptions correctly. We offer free shipping, so multiple orders will not impact any shipping fees. If you require two pairs with two different prescriptions (single vision distance/reading), we will contact you to verify both prescriptions.

Can you help me pick out a frame?

We’d love to help you find the right frame. It’s the part of our job that we love to do most! If you contact our in-house style consultant, we can get in touch to start helping you find brands and frames that suit you, your personality, and your style.

I tried on a frame at another store that I really love, If I have the correct model information, is it possible to order it in?

Yes, absolutely! We carry most designer collections known by the public. If we do not carry the brand, we will not be able to order it in for you. But if its a different color, or size for example, then yes we can order it in!

I received my glasses, but I feel my prescription is wrong, what happens next?

All of our prescription glasses are thoroughly inspected for quality control before delivery. We ensure the prescription is accurate from your optometrist office. In the event if you are having vision issues, please contact your optometrist to have your eyes reexamined. If there is a prescription change requirement, our lab offers a prescription redo within 90 days from purchase at no charge.

Where is my order coming from?

As a licensed retailer, we source all of our brand collections directly from our licensed brand manufacturers. All of the frames are new stock and come with the original case and premium cleaning cloth from the brand. Our lenses are prepared and shipped within Sherwood Wood Park Alberta, Canada.

When can I expect my order?

We process orders within a business day of receiving them. Order fulfillment within Canada typically takes 12-14 business days.

Is it possible to change my order?

We process orders typically within a business day of receiving them. If you need to alter your order, please email us or phone within 24hrs, and we follow up to update your order.

What is the status of my order?

Please email/phone us at anytime for status updates, our team will respond within 24 hours.

How do I submit my prescription?

Please forward your prescription by email, or by text. If the prescription is difficult to read, we can help contact your optometrist clinic to verify.

We will also need your pupillary distance (PD) to complete the order. The PD is simply the distance between your pupils in millimetres. If you do not have a prescription of PD measurement, we can refer you to an optometrist to get the necessary information.

What if I do not have my prescription on hand?

If you have an optometrist, you can contact your clinic and authorize them to email us a copy of your prescription. Alternatively you can request a copy of your prescription from your optometrist and upload your prescription yourself.

Once your prescription is received, we will take care of the rest!

What prescriptions do you cover?

We can fill most single vision prescription lenses. However if your prescription is strong or atypical, we will contact you before proceeding with your order.

For strong prescriptions, it likely means that we need to upgrade your lenses to a high index lens. If this is the case, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with the order.

Can you fill my prescription?

We cannot guarantee that we can fill a prescription. However we’re always happy to consult with you to see if we’re able to help. Please contact us to start a conversation. We love to talk eyewear.
