What do I need to complete my order for prescription glasses?
- First, we will need a valid copy of your most recent prescription from your optometrist.
- Next, the fun part starts and that's choosing the right frame for you! If you are unsure what type of frame you are looking for, our licensed optician will be more than happy to connect with you to start your eyewear journey.
I saw a frame on your website, but I would like to check for a different color and size. Is it possible to order in different sizes/color?
- Yes! As long as the manufacturer has the other options in stock, we can definitely order it in.

Most frames come in two different sizes, if you are unsure what frame size you are, we will call you and discuss recommendations. If you can upload a photo of yourself, this will visually guide us to ensure fitting is accurate as possible. All frames are preadjusted in standard alignment.
